Small Systems


KDV 150

This plant supports our two small KDV systems of the KDV 150 and the KDV 250.

These are small and simple units, with limited electronic sensors, very easy to operate, with auto-cleaning valves and a turbine driven by an electric car motor.

A demo KDV 150 plant is now installed in the Alphakat facilities of Eppendorf, Germany.

These units can be mobile units, and are specially designed for biomass applications (energy plants and agricultural residues) to produce storable synthetic diesel or energy.

Medium Size Systems

KDV500/KDV1000

The KDV500 plant belongs to our Medium Size Systems together with the KDV1000.

The medium systems are fully equipped with more than 85 sensors for the automatic operation of the plant.

These systems could have all the KDV Modules(desulphuration module) and are specially designed for all kind of aplications including MSW.

The KDV 1000 as with the other medium size systems is fully equipped with more than 85 sensors for automatic operation of the plant.

These systems could have all the KDV Modules (including the desulphurization module) and are specially designed for all kinds of applications including municipal solid waste.

• Diesel output range:

- KDV 500 .........3,000 tons/year
- KDV 1000........6,000 tons/year
- KDV 2000......12,000 tons/year

Large Systems

KDV 2500 / KDV 5000

These are large systems, fully equipped with more than 90 sensors for automatic operation of the plant.

These systems could have all the KDV modules (including the desulphurization module).

These large units are specially designed for all kinds of applications that require the conversion of big input volumes, including refinery waste, municipal solid waste and industrial waste.

With these big systems we can achieve economies of scale, therefore lowering the production cost per liter of diesel.
